Stewardship
The NJ Woodland Stewards Program is an annual (typically in the fall), 3-1/2 day (in-person) program, combining classroom training and field training in all things forest, with a future volunteer commitment by participants. Watch for announcements of registration opportunities and apply promptly, as seating is limited and there has been a waitlist. The program is sponsored by the New Jersey Forestry Association and the NJ Forest Service.
